Here are some of the main points to remember while studying for the CET exam

Follow up:



Study at least 4 hours every day in the begining. Increase it as you get closer to the exams

Don't leave out any topic. Questions can come from anywhere

Start serious studies at least 2-3 months in advance

Be clear about the basics and know the syllabus well

Concentrate on the main topics but don't ignore the smaller ones either

Most student loose marks in Physics so put extra effort into it

If you have any doubts, get them cleared in time. Don't wait for the last minute

Solve as many model papers as you can

Don't give yourself even an extra second when doing the model papers

Enrol in a coaching institute if you need extra help but dont spend all your time there

Be serious but not to the point of being paranoid or nervous. A cool head calculates better

Make a schedule for your studies and stick to it

Hi Mahesh,

If you want to study medicine then you need to join a medical college and the way to do that will be appear for the entrance exams like CET, COMED-K and AIPMT. Apart from this you can apply to colleges individually also. You will still have to write entrance exams for them. If you are currently doing your PUC/ Class XII then you need to be a student of Biology to appear for medica entrance tests. If you explore this site more you will see that they have put up some useful info on exams like CET and COMED-K
