Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka
Follow up:
The COMED-K exams are an alternative designed to help students, from all over the country, get admission to good colleges in Karnataka. The exam is very similar to Karnataka CET in most respects except those that relate to the governing of the seats in the Medical, Dental and Engineering colleges.
The COMED-K exam has two parts, the UGET and the PGET. The UGET (Undergraduate Entrance Test) is conducted to give students a chance to apply for seats in the 1st semester in Engineering or Medical colleges, while the PGET (Post Graduate Entrance Test) is meant for admission into postgraduate courses.
