If a student does not belong to the state of Karnataka then he/she can not take the Karnataka CET unless
Follow up:
one of the parents of the student is a part of the Defence and has served in that city for a period of 1 (one) year leading up to the exam and that the student has passed his 2nd PUC from a Government Institute or one recognised by the government. The student will have to produce documents like SSLC Marks card, 12/PUC marks card, a letter from head of educational institute confirming that the student studied there and an employment certificate from the Defence stating the dates of parents employment.
