As the exam months drag on, students are coming under more and more pressue. The results of this stress are situations like:
Inability to retain information
Inability to concentrate of studies
Panic attacks about poor performance or missing the exams
Inability to understand questions in the exam hall
Of these four points, the one we will concentrate on right now is the inability to perform in an exam due to the stress. This video shows a chat with the principals of two schools who provide students with tips on how to maintain focus and perform well in exams.
